By using Adjuzt (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Adjuzt provides a platform for creating, sending, and electronically signing construction change orders. The Service includes change order creation, PDF generation, e-signature collection, and status tracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis at $69/month. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
The Service facilitates electronic signatures in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). However, legal requirements for construction contracts vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures meet the requirements of your jurisdiction and specific project.
Adjuzt is a documentation tool. The legal language provided in change orders is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney for legal guidance specific to your contracts, projects, and jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of all change order data, documents, and content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Adjuzt is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes over change orders, payment disputes, or legal claims. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any abuse of the Service. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
