We collect information you provide directly: email address, company name, and change order data (project names, client names, scope descriptions, pricing information). We also collect signature data (name, signature image, timestamp, IP address) when change orders are signed.
We use your information to provide the Adjuzt service: creating change orders, sending signature requests, generating PDFs, and managing your account. We also use your email to send transactional messages (signature requests, confirmations) and account-related communications.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Change order data, signatures, and account information are stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our platform: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Change order details are shared with clients when you send them for signature.
You can access, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at support@adjuzt.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application.
